Many years ago, back when an apple was something you ate and bluetooth meant you better get to your dentist right away, people listened to music on home stereos. They bought their cassette tapes and record albums, and the equipment to play them on, at stereo stores. In Marquette there was a stereo store called The Sound Center and both Jim and Ray worked there. One year they were asked to play as a duo for the store’s Christmas party and Jim and Ray began their musical journey that night. (Trivia note: The first gig they were Ray and Jim. When and why the order was changed no one knows.) It’s now 40+ years later they may look a little different but the music is still playing. What kind of music? Good music!
